Adding a stream through Tuffy Town, June 3, 2004.

The stream will go where the pink insulation is visible now:

The foam pieces comprising the town are removed and the foam pieces that serve as the town foundation are removed. The stream has been outlined in pencil, then the stream bed was dug out to about 1/2 inch with an Exacto knife.

After a quick partial brushing with gray latex where "ground" may show through or where the foam board needs some reinforcement, "stream colors" blue and green were poured in.

The colors were blended and the under-board was returned to the frame for a "fitting." Some foam was cut away from the lake area as well to simulate a small waterfall.

All the town sections are fitted back in, and the stream is ready to get a nice, thick coat of Envirotech. But not today...
