Back to work on the City. December, 2004.

Well, John started building a new track surrounding the City... Irene took one look and said, "STOP! If you add one more thing, I won't be able to reach into the City to finish it! I can barely reach now, even on a step-stool. The buildings are unfinished, there's no sidewalks, I have to join two different heights of pavement, yadayadayada..." So John said, "OK." (He's a good husband.)

Plan: Irene stopped working on Tuffy Town to work on Pumkin City - so John can get his outermost track installed. The City block strip bordering the industrial area is new. (See where the trees and the people are?) It's already set up with lights, but is not yet connected to power. Here's where we are:
